We wanted to break new ground and use the design to set the site clearly apart from typical industry websites. We took our cues from international industry leaders and chose a modern, image-led approach. The homepage gives a cross-section of the whole offering, with three clear entry points: Find a job, Find staff, About.

Vacancies straight from zvoove

The heart of the site is the job board. The vacancies come straight from zvoove, the industry software for staffing agencies, via a custom WordPress plugin we wrote for Rhy Personal. Whatever the team enters there appears on the website automatically, with no double data entry. The jobs appear as cards showing the vacancy number, industry, location, type of employment and a photo of the responsible consultant. An industry filter narrows the list without reloading the page.

On the detail page, workload, education and languages sit in a fact box, next to the contact person with phone and WhatsApp. Anyone who is a good fit can apply right below: upload a CV, photo and other documents, send, done. The fields are checked as you fill them in, and the application goes out without reloading the page.

So that every page can be put together individually, we also programmed a site builder. Team members and magazine articles are managed centrally and can be placed anywhere with the matching module.
